Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our embroidered items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives with an issue due to an error on our end (such as incorrect embroidery, damage, or a defect), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and work with you to provide a resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items ordered with incorrect information provided by the customer (including spelling, size selection, or color choice)

  • Worn, washed, or altered items
